VP4 Will Not Start...

VP4 has gone to a launcher program for more reliable critical file updating. It is possible that a firewall or anti-virus could block launcher.exe. So if you can't run put in an exception in your firewall/anti-virus for launcher.exe in the VP4 directory.
 

You can always fix any corrupt installation by reinstall.

Get the new installer from vponline.celeris.com, DOWNLOADS on the nav bar, then download and re-install,  if you have Full version (offline and online) select Download Full 4.1.4.8, if online only select Virtual Pool 4 Online Download.

For Steam, Exit Steam, restart steam client, click Play to get update.

    I have a new computer and I tried to start VP.

    I logged in, but dont know how to start the game again.

    What happenned to my offline game? Id quite to play it and its no longer there, just takes me to a 'purchase this product' link. I've already paid, where is it?

    I can not play online anymore because of update 4535

    the game comes in and gives the following message: '' the game executable is out of date and the game must be restarted.clicking OK will exit, update, and relaunch the game ''.
    when I follow these instructions the process repeats itself in an infinite looping and the game does not open in the looby.
    I would like to know how to fix this problem, already tried re install and nothing.

    Marcellus, I wonder if they're trying to forse everyone OUT of VP4. Slowly every update more players can't log in.

    We may have to go to a different POOL program, this one isn't working.

    I am new to the VP4. When I try to play in offline mode the program crashes. Does anyone know of any trick that will help?

    Never mind about the above. My bad. The trick is to buy the offline version instead. Thanks to the support staff for the understanding.
